Step 1: Letter of Authorization ( LOA)
This allows us to request up to 12 months of usage from your Utility Company. This data will help us analyze your usage patterns, and we will gain a better understanding of how and when you use energy. It will help us to develop an energy strategy that is custom tailored to your particular business.
Step 2: Analyze
Once we receive your usage history back from the Utility Company; we will analyze this information. This will allow us to design, develop and implement a strategy that will meet your operational goals.
Step 3: Bidding
Now that we understand your operational goals and how you consume energy, we can invite selected suppliers to bid. This process ensures you will receive the most desirable outcome.
Step 4: Proposals
We will look at the bids received and we will discuss all of the various options with you. You may be surprised to see how many options there are; and we will be with you every step of the way.
Step 5: Agreement
Once you have made Your Choice; and an agreement is signed; we will submit the agreement and your new supplier will begin to enroll your account. There will be no interruption of service. In most cases, you will still continue to receive one bill from your utility.
